So, I got Major inspiration from the Lolita Tea Party theme this year: Spirited Away. And I designed an outfit right away that's inspired by Fujimoto from Ponyo:

Problem is that I'm at a Total loss for what to do for the skirt and shoes! Please Help!!! T-T

Oh! And I'm curious about Bloomers? Is it easy to find ones for plus-sized girls, or will I have to make those also?

Thanks for dealing with a Newb to any and all things Lolita ^_^;

Hmmm, why don't you just turn the whole thing into a white JSK and use the blue/white stripes as a blouse? Or just turn the whole thing into a striped OP with some sort of print at the bottom? For shoes, maybe an ankle/knee boot?

I love Ponyo, so I'm excited to see how this turns out regardless! :33

If you're comfortable with heels, this would look good with a pair of open-toed high heels, or perhaps some sort of open-toed sandal. A simple skirt that's not overly poofy would look nice...though a wrap style skirt comes to mind as well, with a bit of lace peeking out from a slit at the bottom. There's actually quite a lot of things you could do with this...
Umm...you expect to see something here?
I am an artist, and I love to cosplay.
I am also a fan of Kingdom Hearts...ummm...

Do a navy skirt like his pants, and then if you could find some light heeled loafer type shoes for girls...like these

I think you could easily make the skirt more lolita by adding a small ruffle at the bottom or box pleating it.

I love this idea because I love Fujimoto!

AWESOME! and I have to ask, did you use a stencil or something for these?, I have such a hard time sketching out my ideas because I can't draw figures well and it always throws things off for me.

Mikoto- I'm actually a Fashion Designer/student, so in a HS fashion class I came up with my own croquis out of boredom really ^_^;
If you want them, I can scan them and send them to you ^^

BerryBerry- I take it you like my Howl Lolita? ^-^

I would love you forever if you did that! I've found some stencils online but they always seem a little weird and most have underwear on which kind of gets in the way when I print them out to sketch. I will PM you my email. Thanks!
